How to Become a Hollow
Instead of getting purified as a Plus, die to an NPC or fall off the world before a Shinigami Konso's you. Your soul corrupts and you enter Hueco Mundo as a base Hollow.
Hollow Progression Overview
- Hollow — starter. Low stats, fast mobility. Farm souls and other Hollows.
- Menos (Gillian) — at 10,000 HXP, transform. Huge body, Cero unlocked.
- Adjuchas — at 25,000 HXP. Smaller, faster, fully sentient.
- Vasto Lorde — at 75,000 HXP (gated). S-tier endgame.
- Arrancar — remove your mask (requires Vasto Lorde). Unlocks Resurrección.

Core Hollow Abilities
- Cero — ranged beam. Scales with Reiatsu.
- Sonído — Hollow flash-step (Adjuchas+).
- Hierro — passive defense from Adjuchas onwards.
- Regeneration — massive HP regen unique to Hollows.
Best Hollow Build
- Reiatsu: 50 · Strength: 40 · Constitution: 30.
- Prioritise Cero scaling; Hierro covers survivability.
Arrancar & Resurrección
Once Vasto Lorde, break your mask at the Hueco Mundo Altar. You become an Arrancar and unlock Resurrección — a devastating transformation with 2× stats and a unique signature ability.
